Return and Refund Policy

All return & replacement cases shall be considered within 7 days after the date of delivery of your order.

Write to us at studio.neelikitaab@gmail.com. We ask that you include images of the product showing the damage to help us authenticate the damage claim. 

- Exchange or returns are only available for products delivered damaged during delivery.

We will try our hardest to provide a solution within the first two days since you report the issue.
